MK1 Focus ST170 Reyland Sport 330 2 piece front big disc kit:
330x24mm disc kit

The Reyland Sport front brake conversion features  330x24mm two-piece discs and Reyland billet cnc machined alloy bells. The kit replaces the standard 300mm one piece disc and is supplied with all required parts including discs, bells, caliper relocation brackets and fixings. These are a direct replacement for the OE one piece discs and are designed for use with the original ST170 calipers. A popular mod on the ST170 is to fit Mondeo ST220 calipers in place of the original ST170 caliper, this kit works with that caliper installed too. The rotors and bells are supplied assembled and torqued up so no DIY assembly is needed. Bell colour shown was a customer special order.

AP Racing 4-pot CP9200 caliper and 2-piece Reyland disc kit

The Reyland Track front brake conversion features 4-piston AP Racing CP9200 calipers, Reyland precision ground 330x28mm rotors, Reyland billet alloy cnc machined mounting brackets and bells. The kit is supplied with all required parts including discs, pads, bolts, brackets, braided brake hoses and unions.

  • Disc surface options: straight grooves, curved grooves and J-grooves.
  • Bell colour options: black.
  • Caliper colour options: Red, Black.
  • Also available in 343mm version
  • Fully floating option available for £150
  • Ferodo DS2500 high performance pads included.
  • We can groove your rear discs to match.

The Reyland Track front brake conversion features 6-piston AP Racing CP9040 calipers, Reyland precision ground 356x32mm two-piece discs, Reyland billet alloy cnc machined mounting brackets and bells. The kit is supplied with all required parts including discs, pads, bolts, brackets, braided brake hoses and unions. Requires a 10mm spacer to fit the original 18" wheels, no spacers required with Pro Race 1.2 18" wheels. 

  • Disc surface options: straight grooves, curved grooves and J-grooves.
  • Bell colour options: black.
  • Caliper colour options: Red, Black.
  • Also available in 362mm version

Requires a 10mm spacer to fit the original 18" wheels, no spacers required with Pro Race 1.2 18" wheels.

Reyland Sport 280(Focus ST170 Rear):
2-piece 280x10mm disc kit

The Reyland Sport 280 rear brake conversion features two-piece 280x10mm rotors assembled onto our cnc machined anodised aluminium bells. This kit simply replaces the OE one piece disc. Not only do they look great but they are 0.6kg lighter than the OE disc.  For Focus RS MK1 see our other listing.

  • Disc surface options: straight , curved  & J grooves (We can also match other manufacturers front kit groove types, just ask)

  • Saves weight, Lighter than the OE brakes by 0.6kg

New to our range, the Reyland Sport 330 rear brake conversion features two-piece 330x10mm rotors assembled onto our cnc machined anodised aluminium bells. Supplied with CNC machined alloy caliper relocation brackets and fixings. This kit uses the original caliper (and pad type) which is moved outwards with the bracket. This kit is designed to complement larger front kits whilst retaining the OE caliper. For Focus RS MK1 see our other listing.
