Reyland Sport (Vauxhall Corsa):
305x24mm Reyland disc set

A few years ago we produced a limited run of front brake conversions for Vauxhall Corsas. They featured Reyland-branded AP Racing 4-piston calipers and two piece 305x24mm discs. Although we no longer produce the conversion as a complete kit, we do still support the kit with these replacement rotors.

These discs are only suitable for Corsas fitted with 4-pot Reyland brake conversions.

  • Discs are supplied in pairs with straight grooves.

Reyland 355x32 brake disc rotors (fits Astra J / Insignia VXR )

Pair of replacement Reyland 355x32mm brake disc rotors. These can be used to replace the original Astra J VXR and Insignia VXR discs. Simply unbolt your OE bells and fit to our replacement rotors. We can now supply genuine Brembo nuts and bolts to fix the bell to the rotor. Tightening setting for new fixings is a torque and then angle setting.. 6.5nm then 30 deg.

  • Available with plain, curved , straight or or J grooves.
  • Stocked in the correct 10 fixing with 9mm holes

    Corsa Nurburgring Reyland Sport 330mm 2 piece front disc kit:
    330x28mm bolted disc kit

    The Reyland Sport front brake conversion features 330x28mm two-piece discs and Reyland billet cnc machined alloy bells. Designed for cars equiped with Brembo 4 pot calipers and 305mm discs. The kit is supplied with all required parts including discs, bells, billet one piece caliper spacers, longer bolts and AP Racing disc to bell bolts. These are a direct replacement for the OE 305mm one piece discs. Floating version is shown in the pictures.Very minor caliper modification may be required to the leading and trailing edges of the caliper where the disc passes through, this is a two minuite job and is in a place thats unseen.

The kit is supplied with all required parts including discs, pads, bolts, brackets, braided brake hoses and unions. Ideal for cars with 18" wheels. Available for 4 and 5 stud models.

The kit is supplied with all required parts including discs, pads, bolts, brackets, braided brake hoses and unions. Disc to bell fixing is floating.
